Title: Set "0V MIDI Note reference" via Midi Control Center
Post by: cbmainz on October 24, 2022, 04:17:50 pm
I try to change the "0V MIDI Note reference" in the Midi Control Center (see English manual: 9.10.4.2. MIDI Note reference (0V, 1V), p.95), but is does not change.

When I change the value in MCC, I don't see the upload symbol (orange arrow up flashing once) like it is shown when I change other values. I could find any solution, so maybe someone has an idea how to solve this issue?

Me too. I just sent a message to Arturia support. I'll post back here with their response when I get one.

Ricardo from Arturia Support confirmed that this is a bug in the latest version of MIDI Control Center, and suggested downgrading to version 1.13.6.8. This fixes it for me.

Mac: https://downloads.arturia.net/extra/mcc/MIDI_Control_Center_1_13_6_8.pkg
Windows: https://downloads.arturia.net/extra/mcc/MIDI_Control_Center_1_13_6_8.exe

He also suggested that I do a factory reset of the KS37, but it didn't seem to be necessary for me. I might do it anyway, just in case.

I did notice that it does not produce negative voltage for notes lower than the 0V MIDI Note, which limits the usefulness a bit (at least for my use case). I put that in as a feature request.
