I'm trying to use the Keystep with my PC.
I tried Ableton Live 11 Lite and Reaper 6.
It works better in Reaper, but not great either. It looks like each time I press Play in the DAW, the Keystep gets a random delay (so you can't just adjust the delay in the MIDI setting, because next time you press play, the delay might be different).
But in Ableton, the notes played by the arp sometimes aren't actually on the beat, see attachment.
You can actually see that the tempo varies.
In the MIDI control center, I tried the Sync clock input on Gate and Clock and Sync Clock start is set on Clock
The DIP switches are set on USB (left down, right up when you're looking at them)
