Title: legacy keylab 25 bricked!

It suddenly displays these black bricks~
It says 'USB MIDI DEVICE' in Audio Midi Studio (Mac 10.15) and thats it.

- Midi Monitor shows no midi signal
- not being recognized
- tried Sound+Multi+Edit
- tried Octave + -
- tried start + play + record
- tried different cable
- tried different usb ports
- not being recognized by MCC

Please help

Hi

Have you tried factory-resetting it?

1 Make sure KeyLab 25's USB cable is disconnected.
2 Press and hold Oct + and Oct – buttons.
3 Insert the USB cable and turn on the device.
4 After 2-3 seconds release the buttons.

I tried this and tried with different cables/laptop as well. None of the methods i found online works....quite frustrating.
