Title: Unit unresponsive after hard reset

Hello all, today I received a Impact and wanted to do a reset to ensure I am starting with fresh presets and all. So I hold song bank pattern down and powering on as I read is the factory reset. After I did this the unit is not powering on at all and get a very odd sound admitting through the speaker output. Almost sounds like its is skimming though synth patches. Does anyone have any info on this? Is Arturia good at replacing products? Does anyone know if this is the actual hard reset? Regardless I do not think it should kill a unit. Thank you.
