Hey all,
Apologies if this has been addressed somewhere in the forum, but I was wondering why—when I plug in my Keylab Essential 88 via usb midi into Analog Lab V, I don't get the white visual representation of the keyboard (on the bottom of the app window) like I see in everyone else's pics/videos.
Nothing appears to be wrong with the midi connection, as the Keylab's faders/knobs/keys etc. seem to work flawlessly with the Analog lab software as it should, but visually the keyboard and digital knobs/faders that appear in-app look the same as when I don't have a keyboard plugged in.
Has anyone seen this or perhaps know of a thread where it's been addressed already?
It's not the biggest deal in the world, since the question is merely regarding visual aesthetics, but I just got the keyboard so thought I would ask here before asking tech support.
Thank you!

For more context, here are some screenshots.
The white keyboard is what I was expecting when I plugged in the keylab
The other screenshot is what I get instead
(Note that I took these off google since I'm on a diff computer now. I'm on an essential 88 not an mkii)

Different apps. That first screenshot is from Analog Lab 4. The bottom screenshot is from Analog Lab 5.
