I would like to have the option change the Hold behavior to hold notes for each new keystroke, regardless the number of notes i've been playing.
In other words - keep last.
Make sense?

If I understand you correctly, you want Hold to stop the "old" notes and start new ones when no keys are currently pressed and you then hit new ones?
That would be a very useful feature; I use the sustain pedal or even the Hold button actively to get new held chords or single notes, but having this automated would be great.
For Arturia to formally pick up and register feature suggestions, you should open a support ticket with this suggestion. I'll also file that suggestion - the more us of that does that, the better the chance of Arturia implementing it.
