Something that can be chosen in the Midi Control Centre...

Rather than a 1234/4321 alternating sequence, the user can select 1234/321/234/321/234... or any other user defined alternate.

I’ve suggested this some years ago, but nothing since, alas. This would be the location to add random step I was so looking forward to 😢
