Howdy, just setting up my Audiofuse 8pre that I bought today and having trouble connecting to Software Center. It's failing to connect to servers over and over. I've uninstalled/reinstalled but it hasn't worked. I also tried to register the plugins that came with it individually through Ableton but it comes back with a "failed to sign in" error when using my Arturia login. Is there an issue today?
I'm on Mac OSX 12.1.

At least I know I'm not the only one. Same issue here: "Can't connect to Arturia servers" ... they must be down.

Yep been down for a few hours now. Can't run anything unless it's in demo mode. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Once a product is registered to a machine that's IT it should run without having to phone home everytime.Why is it us paying users need to take in the teeth everytime .Now I have to jump through just to post a comment on this forum.

Forgive my ignorance, but is that really how it works? Plugins from Arturia need to be confirmed by an internet handshake every time you want to use them? If that's the case, I had no clue when buying this interface and probably would have made a different choice. The plugin bundle was what swayed me.

I did all of the above and still not working.
