Title: Preset display is dark

Hi there. I'm a newbie to Arturia and KeyLab MkII. I purchased a Keylay 49 MkII recently. While everything about this controller is excellent, I am unable to view anything on the Preset display when working with Analog Lab. It is essentially dark and nothing shows on the display. I have to constantly look at my computer screen to see which preset is presently selected. Is this a hardware defect or am I missing a config?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome.

Dumb question are you connecting via USB or DIN MIDI cables? If via USB are you connecting directly to your computer's USB sockets or via an external hub?

I am connected via a powered Sabrent USB Hub to a 2012 MacBook Pro.

I'm guessing you have checked it plugged in direct ?

Yes, plugged it in directly as well. No change.
