Title: Noise to Ladder
Post by: jmgsound@outlook.com on August 24, 2021, 12:04:03 am
I love my PolyBrute,  but 1 thing that I can not get on with is the noise to ladder filter FM. I somehow can not get it to sound good, even though I have tried it in many different scenarios. Could anyone please share any tips or examples of how they use it. Thanks

There's not too much to say about it, it just gives the filter a gurgling or bubbling sound. I think it tend to sound best in relatively small amounts, with the noise color turned down, and the ladder cutoff fairly low, to create a dark liquid sound. It can also be nice to trigger it with aftertouch or Z as a special effect.
