Title: Just got Keystep 37, but no sound..??

Greetings!
I ran into this issue about a week ago; so far I've registered the keyboard with MIDI control center, and the firmware is synchronized.  In terms of 'connections', I have a USB attached from the keyboard to my laptop, and all of the functions from the keyboard seems to be working; my major issue is basically no sound coming out (even from my computer or from MIDI) despite the two tiny switches being set to either USB or MIDI.

I'm hoping this is a simple fix; none of the tutorials on Youtube as far as I know seems to mention "this" kind of issue.

Any ideas?
