Title: Unable to set up KeyStep 37 on Air Pad 2

Each time I click the download arrow, the little menu on the left pops up and asks what my product is. A few days ago I downloaded the files without problems. I deleted them all since nothing was going on when I clicked any. I have an Air Pad 2. Thank you.

The screenshots suggest that you're trying to download Arturia Software Center, which is available for macOS and windows.

It's not something you can run on an iPad, so ... why are you trying to donwload it on one?

For that matter, there is no way to download software for an iPad, other than through the "App Store". (This may change in the next few years.)
