Title: Can't get KeyLab 49 MKII work as controller surface in Sonar X3

Hi,
I have bought a KeyLab 49 MKII a few days ago and I have Sonar X3. I can't get KeyLab work as controller surface. I tried everything I found, even I followed the steps in this topic https://forum.arturia.com/index.php?topic=93726.0, but nothing worked. Sonar shows surface state "Connecting..." for ever, and of course, no button or slider do anything.
Could you please provide some help or guidance on how to get them work together?
Any advise will be very much appreciated.
