Title: Oct- and Oct+ not working on brand new Minilab MK2?

I just purchased this Minilab MK2 two days ago. Everything seems to work fine except for two things:

First, the Oct- does nothing at all. Doesn't light up when pressed (does light up during firmware update).

The Oct+ works, but it's undoable in that it lights up permanently and goes an octave up permanently. I can't go an octave lower with Oct- and can't press both to reset the octave.

If I want to reset, I need to unplug my Minilab and plug it back in.

Is this just a setup error on my side or is there something actually wrong here?
