I have a Macbook Pro running OSX 10.14 Mojave. I have purchased, installed and activated Pigments 3. It shows as registered in my ASC
When I launch the standalone version or the VST or AU versions I get a black screen appearing with a dialogue and can not see Pigments although my Keystep Pro produces sound through Pigments but I cannot select any presets etc or see the Pigments user interface ... this happens in both Logic Pro X and Ableton Live 10
I have tried restarting my computer but no resolution and have also tried reinstalling Pigments 3 (four times)
Does anyone have any insight into this problem?
