Title: Ground Loops?

I don't see any patterns and it does not occur often, but sometimes, the CV/gate outputs are only spitting out weird signals. This only goes away after powering up and down my whole system several times. Anybody out there experiencing similar issues?
My AC installation is fine, never had any issues even with the most delicate Eurorack modules (which are very sensitive to ground loop issues).

I debugged this issue in the meantime: KSP is not the problem, but the KSP seems not to like certain patch cables. The main technical difference between Eurorack cables is shielding, so this makes sense.
