Title: Arp / Matrix weirdness

OK I have a strange issue with my Arp / Matrix mode.
When I power up the PB the Arp Matrix does not function correctly. Only column 1 lights up and row c indicates the 8 steps. No way to edit anything in the sequence.
So I went into the Sequence Length menu and neither the 8 or 16 step option was selected.When I select one of these it works as advertised (correctly). When I power cycle I loose this and it is back to the state I mentioned at the beginning, even when I save the patch with correct Seq length.
Any ideas on how to get it to power up in the correct Arp / Matrix mode?
I"m assuming this is not normal behavior on the PB. I have done a factory reset and firmware reload. Is anyone else experiencing this?

sorry to revive an old thread; just wanted to let u know i'm having the exact same issue.  I've contacted customer support about it and will see what they say.  Were you ever able to resolve this?
