Title: Is there a way to force a firmware reload
Post by: Dhub on April 05, 2021, 03:10:02 am
Hi, I'm experiencing problems with the Matrix arp mode. Only column 1 is lit. multiple notes will play and row C does show the progress of the steps but no way to edit anything.
Is there a way to reload the current firmware when you already have the most current firmware already?
I've tried the factory reset with no change.
Thanks in advance for any help

Download the firmware file from the Arturia download page
Click the update button on Connect and choose from file.

Thanks for the info on the firmware.
It didn't solve my problem.
When I first got the PB the matrix arp worked now it doesn't.
Any ideas why this might be?  i hate to ship it back.

Do you have it set to local off?
When I set mine to local off to use with an external sequencer it disables the arp / matrix arp
Hoping there will be a firmware fix for it.

Thanks for the response. I have only used it in Local On mode.
Dang I am dreading having to send it back and waiting 2 months for a replacement.
I absolutely love this synth !

OK this is weird I''m going to start a new topic on the ARP/ MATRIX so it will be easier for someone to find this info.
