Title: upgrading v collection - does it have to be so difficult?

Windows 10. Studio One 5 Pro.

I've purchased and played V Collection 4, 5, 7, and now just purchased 8. Can't find the new instruments in NI Komplete Kontrol or Presonus Studio One 5 Pro. Same directory. Same computer. Default installation location every generation. Rescanned locations. No updated vst's. Everything shows up in Arturia Software Center. Standalone instruments from V Collection work fine. But in Studio One or Komplete Kontrol - nothing.

I just don't understand why this has to be the case? Wouldn't a company, I don't know, *test* this process on the most common operating system on the planet? I've changed nothing. Same computer. Default everything.

Sorry, rant over. I just have no idea why it should be so difficult to upgrade V collection. Every time it's a whole evening to get it to work. I'm two hours in and can't play what I purchased.
