Title: Set a Default "Resize Window Option"

This is just a quality of life thing, but everytime I open one of the V plugins, it scales the GUI to 80%. On an ultrawide monitor, this is way too small, and I often have to manually upscale it to 100 or 110%. It would be nice to have a setting in options that lets you set a default GUI scale when you open the software for quality of life reasons.
