For those who have been around a while, you will remember that the KSP used to hard lockup sporadically with earlier versions of the firmware. This was supposed to have been fixed with firmware version 1.3.2.
Unfortunately it has not:

So as of March 2021, the KSP is still not suitable for live use unless you are cool with having to reboot it in the middle of your set.
