Title: Analog Lab V doesn't recognize my VC installation
Post by: MCMorrise on February 23, 2021, 01:42:07 am
I own V Collection 8 (and 7, 6, 5, and 4). I've just started using Analog Lab V. But every time I want to edit a sound in Analog Lab V, I get the same dialogue:

You need to own the full version of [synth] to have access to all the parameters inside Analog Lab.
Visit the Arturia website to learn more about [synth] and V Collection.

What gives? This is ridiculous.

Setup: 2020 iMac, Catalina 10.15.7, Analog Lab V 5.0.1.1263

What happens when you launch the synths manually? Does it recognise they are authorised and not demo versions?

Hi,

Have you tried to deactivate your product, and then activate it again?
Sometimes that can help with activation errors.

Yes; if I launch any standalone other than Analog Lab V, the installation is recognized. I'll see about de/reactivating Analog Lab V.
