Title: Another issue... seems to be what Arturia excel at

OK, I am getting sick and tired of Arturia's mess of software registration / activation. Ever since I downloaded (firstly) the demo of Pigments last year, prompting me to create and account, I have NEVER been able to log into ASC. I can log into "MyArturia" in my browser, no problem, but the standalone portal refused point-blank to log me in with a "Failed to sign-in. Please retry." message, using exactly the same credentials as I use to log in to the web portal. This problem persisted until I managed to activate Pigments via "remote activation", and it's worked since then, but I still couldn't log into ASC. However, having just managed to update my Keylab's firmware, I thought I'd fire up both it and Pigments and see how well they "talk". Ha Ha. Should've seen this coming... "Your account doesn't contain a license for Pigments" F**K!!!! No, Arturia, you're correct, it doesn't contain "a" license for Pigments, it contains TWO licenses! Apparently I need yet another license to use the software I've already licensed and activated, months ago! How on Earth are these people still in business?!?

Well, what can I say, I'm amazed, I got it working. Well, when I say "I", I mean "my partner", who pointed out that the "@" character in my password might have caused a problem, and she was right. How on Earth did this affect my login via ASC, but not via the web portal? ...but more importantly, how the hell did no-one at Arturia support suggest I change my password to find out?

Oh well, look on the bright side... now I can use everything. :)
