Problem:
chord memory not enabled for sequence recording.
Chord memory is disables while in sequence recording modes (step/real-time)
Steps to reproduce:
Set scale quantize for preset to C major.
Engage chord memory, store C major chord (C E G).
Enable sequencer. Enable recording.
Play keys.
Current behavior:
Single notes are played. Chord mode is disengaged.
Expected behavior:
Chord Mode remains active to record (scale quantized) chords.
