Title: Jumpy behavior when using the #9 knob on Minilab with Analog Lab V

I have a brand new MiniLab MKII.

When trying to use the #9 knob (the first bottom left grey knob) to scroll down through the instruments it jumps dow 2-4 spots and skips over options. Is there a way to calibrate this knob to be more accurate and go down 1 at a time?

Also, the pads are not picking up light taps. It seems to take a firm hit to respond. Can the sensitivity be increased?
