Title: Some newbie questions about Arturia Keystep combined with Modal Skulpt.

Hi.
First of all i' m completely new to the world of controllers. Before some days i purchased a second hand Keystep in mint condition, mainly because i wanted to have more keys. I connected to Skulpt via midi (5pin) and when i tried it, noticed some things. The mod touch strip doesn't work. Is this keystep's problem or i have to set the skulpt in the proper functioning? The stop button stays always lit, is that ok? When i tried to record a sequence i recorded only one bar, but as i read in the manuals, i can record up to 64 steps, what i do wrong? Also what parameters of skulpt can i control with my keystep?
