Title: Can't Install ARP2600 on G5 (Mac OS X 10.3.7)
Post by: bincbom on August 08, 2005, 07:15:17 am
Hello,

I just purchased ARP2600v from Zzounds in the USA.  I cannot install it on my dual G5 Power Mac (Mac OSX 10.3.7).  The installer asks for my license info, which I give.  It seems to accept the info, and starts to install.

Then the installation HANGS, and I have to "force quit" the installer.  Please help!!  I am dying to get started with the ARP, and I need to overcome this problem!

Thanks a lot,

Title: Follow-Up Report on G5 Installation Problems
Post by: bincbom on August 08, 2005, 04:03:54 pm
Last night I decided to download and install the Arturia ARP2600v demo for OSX.

The installer works - it does not get "stuck" the way the installer does for my puchased copy.  But the ARP doesn't work once installed!  When I try to incorporate the ARP into my Live set, it crashes Live.

Does Arturia not support the G5 platform?  Am I having problems because my machine has dual processors??  Please help, this has become a nightmare.
