Title: Is there any way to control the amount of sustain without a pedal?
Post by: desensitizedsea on January 14, 2021, 02:38:16 am
I’m currently using Keylab 49 without any sustain pedal connected so I have to press the button below manually to add sustain effect but I don’t see any options to detail the amount of sustain which is weird because some other vsts comes along in V collection (e.g. Stage 73) allow me to control it all manually by simply click and dragging the knobs or pedal.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

You can use the "Damping Duration" parameter in the Action/ Piano settings/ Mechanics section.

I don't see the "Damping Duration" parameter in the Action/ Piano settings/ Mechanics section. Under the Mechanics section I only see 2 options: (1) Lid Position and (2) Soundboard Resonance. Where is Damping Duration?

Hi,

It should be next to the Lid Position. See attached image.
The image is from the latest version 2.8.0.1552.
