Title: Modstrip value recording and output to VELO/MOD CV OUT

If turned on in configuration the modstrip value should be recorded with with every note (as velocity is recorded for every note) and configurable to be outputted by VELO/MOD CV out (this mapping was added in 1.3 firmware)

Additionally there could be two modes for outputting modstrip recorded data - stepped (one value for whole step) and linear (value changes continuously between values recorded on some steps)
