Title: Reset value of encoder via midi command ?

Hello

I would like to change current value of encoder when I start my code from processing (java).

Any one know if it is possible to send a value to encoder by midi ?

I've tested to send note from my computer to beatstep pad, and it change color state.
But, can I change value of encoder?
