Title: Replacement Cutoff Filter
Post by: toumpass on December 05, 2020, 03:53:42 am
Hi,

I have an out of warranty Artirua MicroBrute with a broken cutoff potentiometer.
I haven't heard back from Arturia's Aftersales team for four days- I've followed up again, but in the meantime, does anyone know where I can the PTV112 series potentiometer I need? I've found the Bourns range of pots at Digikey but they don't seem to have the exact same part.

Please help, my micro is useless without the cut off filter!

Thanks!

Thank you neal!

I haven't received an e-mail back to my follow up either, which isn't too encouraging. It's been over a week now with no response.

Hi, is there anybody out there?
No response to my ticket yet? Also tried making a comment on a social media post and using the Facebook messenger, no response?

This is a users' forum so it's unlikely you will get a formal reply from Arturia via this route.

Yes I'm aware it's a user's forum, thank you!

Does anyone from Arturia check it? Maybe someone can help me?

Three weeks now no response.
I'd like some help? Perhaps a moderator will see this, and kindly give me an email address for someone who can provide "FORMAL RESPONSE"

I'd happily accept "INFORMAL RESPONSE" to save my syntheszier

They tend not to check very often unfortunately. Try PM'ing one of the mods or admins. I realise from your other threads you've tried the official route of raising a ticket.
