Title: Trouble with second hand Arturia Keylab 61

Hello,

I recently purchased a second hand Arturia Keylab 61. I have never owned an Arturia product and I have noticed the keyboard does not seem to function without drivers which I assume are only available through registering the product onto my account.

The person I bought it from does not have the unlock code so I am unable to register it onto my account. He also does not know which account it is registered to.

The technical support website has had no useful information or an email I could contact so I'm making this post.

Is there any way of being able to recover a license for this device or am I SOL?

The keyboard is class complaint so doesn't require drivers. You need the serial and unlock code to download the software which originally came with it. If the seller is clueless about that, you can email Arturia with your serial number and proof of ownership (eg take a photo of the serial sticker with a piece of paper next to it with your email address) and Arturia will very likely send you the unlock code.

Hello! I had similar issue with this instrument. I send an email with pictures of my Arturia's back with serial number to helpdesk, and they registrated me very quick.

Hey.. same issue... I will send them the serial number and code. How long does it take when we send the email to arturia? tksss
