Hello! for several days I have been having a false contact in the UP / A key. Every time I press it, it randomly activates option B, random, pattern, spice, etc ... the lights go back and forth completely out of control. I have to be lucky and push in the right place not to do it, which is very difficult, it is always changing. I need help, since wanting to record a sequence or delete it makes it almost impossible.
The device is in perfect condition, without bumps and totally clean. I already did the clearing of all the presets, update to the latest version and I still have the same problem. It does not matter if it is USB connection or from your original power cable. He keeps doing it ... I ask for help please!

Does making your finger a little wet or moisturiser help. Very dry hands cause strange issues here too.
