Title: "Concerts/On Stage" patch change bug (via MIDI as well as Mac keyboard)
Post by: waynetapia on September 08, 2020, 11:17:25 pm
Hardware:
Apple Macbook Pro (2015 2.7Ghz Dual Core i5, 8GB RAM)
PreSonus Audiobox USB 96 interface (connected to Macbook via USB)
Roland FC-200 Midi Foot Controller (Connected to PreSonus via MIDI cable)

I'm trying to get the set list in Analog Lab to just scroll through as the set goes on - obviously, that is what the concert set lists are for.

What's happening is that I've got the FC-200 set up for switching up and down the patch list (using the MIDI learn function in the program), and it is skipping patches on the list (i.e. - going from 1 to 3, 3 to 5, etc...)

I was thinking that is was the maybe FC-200 as it is a pretty old unit that might have something wonky going on, but I then tried scrolling though the patches using my Macbook's arrow keys (up/down), and it was exhibiting the same behavior of skipping patches. A bug, perhaps?

Another thing is that sometimes it functions properly, but not consistently.

It makes no difference if they are in latch or momentary mode.

I am using the latest version of Analog Lab 4 (just updated it today).

Anybody else having this issue, or at least something similar? Any suggestions on what to look at? Thanks.

UPDATE It might be an issue with the PreSonus. I'm trying to locate a different controller to troubleshoot with as well.
Any other suggestions are welcome.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

I'm on Windows 10.

Using the computer keyboards arrow keys, then it work fine in Concert mode. But when i go on Stage, then i get the behavior you describe. Look like a bug in Analog Lab.
I suggest you contact Arturia support.

I can't tell, if you perhaps also have other issues.
