Title: Unable to shorten Pattern Length with shift <<<

Hey I am having an issue where pressing  Shift <<< and 32,48 or 64 will not change the steps back to 16,32 or48. Shift works fine for everything else and I have no problem increasing the pattern length but I am unable to shorten it. Any ideas???
