Title: Keylab Essential 49 does not working !!!

Hello, from today I am struggling with a problem,
still yesterday everything worked normally, and now when I connect the keyboard to the computer, for a moment the light turns on and goes out immediately, the computer does not see the keyboard, and it is not the fault of the input because I checked it on my mac and pc. anyone had a similar problem ??
please help  :( :( :(

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

If you can access the keyboard, so you can do a factory reset like described in the manual, then you can try that.
And you can also try another USB cable as that may be defect.
If this does'nt help, then i suggest you contact Arturia support. The controller can be defect.
