I wish to convey my sadness and disappointment. Of course there are more serious things than this, but...
I bought my first Arturia product in 2018 , because after extensive reviews and decision time, I decided to go for Arturia- The Keystep
However some months ago, I started noticing that the middle C note and C sharp do not sound normally , unlike the other notes. They intermittently sound when you play them, and the volume of these sounds are also low and do not respond like the other keys, for aftertouch, key velocity.
The keyboard is still in great shape. But very disappointed of the quality because of these two notes although still intact.
I have a Roland keyboard since the 90's and not even once, I had an issue with the keys, never!
Will not invest again in Arturia sorry. I am not satisfied.
