Title: All presets missing after upgrading to V Collection 7.2

All presets are missing from  AL after updating.  The synthetic themselves are fine, and the default  Moog in  AL works.   I just can't load anything.   I checked the filters and reinstalled.

I've been searching all over the internet and came across this post... I've been having the exact same problem since the most recent update. Is there any solution?
