Title: Using ARP2600 Mod Wheel Without Keyboard Mod Wheel?
Post by: gabrielrf1 on May 24, 2020, 12:39:54 am
My keyboard doesn't have a mod wheel, so I'm wondering if there's a way for me to link it to some other parameter within my DAW or on my keyboard?

I'm using FL Studio, and am hoping to use a knob from Control Surface (literally just a virtual knob) for this.

It's important to me to be able to use this because I want to learn from the presets. Without being able to hear the Mod Wheel in action, learning is much more tedious and confusing.

It's frustrating that this synth doesn't have a built in mod wheel already... someone has already requested the feature so I'm clearly not the only one who has this problem.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

The modwheel is midi cc01 that is the generel midi standard for modwheel. So you should be able to use a control like a knob that's set to control midi cc01.
