Title: VST purchase still "PENDING" ?

Hi, I bought my first Arturia early this morning (8 hours ago) and it is still in "PENDING" status.  I searched the web and found this is happened before.  What can be done so I can finally have my download?

Did you ever get this issue resolved?
How many days did it take?
Did you use paypal for your payment option?
