Title: All of shofuku cartridge 2 missing from analong after purchase

I recently bought shofuku cartridge 1 and 2 on the sale and despite showing it's installed in analog, it doesn't show up for use in banks nor do any sounds for it show up when i look for it in the shop. When i look at it in the store, it still shows the description of having 66 sounds yet none of them show up below. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to solve it?

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

When you say "banks" do you mean in Analog Labs own browser? They should show up, if they are installed.

I understand you have installed the presets on your computer. Is that correct? If not, then i suggest you do.

Have you tried to open Arturia Software Center (ASC)? Sometimes this can solve activation issues. Open Analog Lab afterwards.

Does the soundbanks show up on your Arturia account? They shall.
