Title: Microfreak device patch map for Cubase

I am using my new Microfreak with Cubase DAW. I need to see a list of patches in the Device Manager, and I really don't want to type every patch in manually. Has anyone compiled a patch list, which I think is in XML format, to import into Cubase?

Edit: @admin, how about pinning those ^, and/or have a subforum for resources, or something - I sometimes have to point people to them.
