Are there any pre-built professional tracks built into Analog Lab especially for drum/beats or in Alberton Lite?

FYI: You have posted in a legacy Analog Lab forum. The current Analog Lab has it's own forum.

What do you mean?
Both products have what you can find in it.
Analog Lab has the presets you find.
Ableton Live is a Ableton product. I suggest you search Ableton about that.
