Title: Not Receiving Email for Activating my Arturia Account

Hi all!

I am new here and wanted to ask you if you have also had problems to create and activate your account on the Arturia homepage. At least I am pretty sure, that I am not the first or only one, cause there have been some threads considering this topic.
Yesterday I wanted to activate my account, but never got the email the website told me I would get. Since I really wanted to download the analog lab software that comes with the product I purchased thats a bit frustrating.

If you had similar problems, how did you solve it? I cannot even contact the support team, since this is only possible being logged in- how ironic.

 >:(  Same boat here. I am most annoyed I am not getting confirmation email to register the product and thus download software. And double annoyed that you need an account to log a ticket. Catch 22 indeed

Thought I had it ...
I read RTFM (flyer in My keylab essentials 61 box) went to the suggested website: https://www.arturia.com/keylab-essential-61/resources. So I can download software: MIDI Control Center, Analogue Lab and manuals etc. Updated the firmware on the Keylab (yay) proceeded to install Analogue Lab (yay) Run analogue lab (boo) Software not activated on this PC. The message "Please sign in with your Arturia account ...need Arturia account from here on. I have an unlock code and serial number on the flyer from the box. I was hoping that this was going to be used to unlock Analogue Lab. What is the unlock code for?

You need a Arturia account. And you need to download Arturia software center. You activate your software through Arturia software center.
Your hardware serial number is for the hardware only.

Contact Arturia webmaster, if you can't create an account.

That is my first point. I can't register for an account as I do not get a confirmation email sent to my inbox to finish account creation with Arturia. Description in the title of this thread?
Did you read it? I am not the only and according to the posts here issue has been going on for a bit with others to create an account.

Thanks, I have emailed another part of Arturia. Hoping for a resolution ... like NOW

Did you read this? Why do you think i write like that?
You should not need an account to use the form to contact the webmaster or sale.

Hope you get things fixed soon.

Hi Dom,

have you been able to solve your problem? I have not so far- last thing I had tried was contacting Arturia via their instagram page, but no success.
I have no clue where I should try contacting them so they can activate my account. As I and also you mentioned before, sending a ticket is only possible being logged in, which cannot be to begin with without an account.
Arturias support is incredibly dissapointing so far. I am also surprised they are having this activation bug for so long appearently. Its a shame cause their products seem to be very cool stuff and I would like to actually experiment with them.
Now, my trial version of a premium version of a new DAW is gonna expire and I couldnt even experiment with analog lab, which was a reason to get an arturia keyboard for me.

I haven't received my verification email either. However, I can still access my account on the Arturia website by doing the following: -

Select any product on the website.
Click 'Buy Now'
Click 'Add to cart'
Under 'BILLING INFO', enter your login details, including confirming your password.
Click 'Create Account'.

That should log you in. No purchase required.  8)

 not getting a registration email. said it wasn't able to make me a user ID or something.
