Title: Pressure doesn't work when using key trigger with sequencer

When the sequencer mode is enabled and not currently playing, you can press and hold a key to play the sequence with the root note on that key. In this mode, key pressure does not register. If I press play, then play an extra note on top of the sequence, pressure works as expected. If I turn the sequencer off, pressure works as expected. There is definitely an issue with this specific mode.
