Title: Three pedal set
Post by: andro on February 29, 2020, 09:50:47 am
Is it at all possible to use a three pedal piano style set such as the Roland RPU-3 with the Arturia Keylab 88 MK II, and have all the pedals work as for a piano?

Hi,

As far as i can see, then that pedal has 3 wires, and if so, then Keylab MKII has the inputs. I would say it should work. But i don't have the units to test.

Btw.... the pedals are not on/off but give an increasing signal from 0 to 127. That means for instance you can progressively the amount of an effect or modulation.

From my reading, you have to do come config changes.  I think the keylab can interpret the pedal signal as on/off or as continuous.  Which it does is set in config.
