Title: option to toggle paraphonic 2/3/4 in preset settings and paraphonic glide

If you currently use glide in paraphonic mode, you will have to use up all four notes and then on the next note glide will be applied.. I think it would be cool to be able to play paraphonic with for example two notes and have glide applied to both.

This would also open up for new variations when using the arp i paraphonic mode
