Title: Shortcut: Shift+Knob for bigger steps of value changes for all relevant knobs

The encoders have acceleration, but for a lot of functions it is still too slow.

Therefore: the new combination Shift+Knob for bigger steps of value changes for all relevant knobs (especially Matrix, Preset, all 4 DCO  knobs) would be very much appreciated.

That would be great. Plus less turning would extend the lifespan of the encoders.
