Title: Patches sounding completely different on 44.1kHz vs 96kHz

There seems to be a bug impacting all time-based parameters, including Delay and Glide Time.
Breaks compatibility of patches between various sample rates. I believe all of Arturia's instruments suffer from the same problem.

I already reported this to Arturia in early June 2019. So far, no fix, unfortunately..  :(
