Title: no presets, how to fix this?

after install, all vst's open but whatever i do, there's no presets, i delete db.db3, i uninstall with revounintaller, i reboot. reinstall, always the same problem.
im on windows 7. Arturia Synth Collection 2019 and Arturia Keyboards & Piano Collection 2019.
help :( im desesperated.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

Can you please post a screenshot of your preset browser in an Arturia application?
Is the presets present in the preset folder?

I don't know about revounintaller.
FYI: You can both reinstall and clean prefs from within Arturia Software Center (ASC).
